I'd like to see more (and more serious) Japanese films, but don't usually have
the time or drive to do the research. Any recomendations for us busy or lazy
folks?
I kinda' like the film adaptation of Death Note. There are 2 parts to the movie
- Death Note and Death Note: The Last Name (Well, 3 if you include L's spinoff).
Might be worth a watch for those interested.
I'm not sure if this is the right forum for technical help, but I've been having
the problem whereby even after deleting all my notifications on the
Notifications page, it still lists there being notifications on the left control
panel. Is there a way to rectify this ?
Kinda' felt that most of the matches were too rushed, even if that was done to
leave more time for Tezuka and Echizen. Would've been interesting to see the
doubles and Fuji's matches played out fully
I liked a couple of songs from the Character CDs of The Melancholy of Suzumiya
Haruhi, especially Yuki Nagato's Yuki, Muon, Madobe nite and Kyon's Kentai Life
Returns!
Might deviate too much from the actual story if one of them lives though, guess
this way they could both end the story on a decent note befitting both
characters, though I wouldn't have minded if L lived (biased, I know ).
Just managed to catch it in the theatre, and wow, I really liked the way they
did both Death Note and Death Note: The Last Name. In my opinion, the storyline
and conclusion too, were done superbly, and I thought the cast did a pretty good
job! (Not to mention Misa was kinda' cute ) What
do you guys think about it ?
A lot depends on each individual player, such as the different aspects of the
game which they find fun and interesting. I think each Final Fantasy game should
be judged individually rather than continuously being compared to the other
titles in the series. Just because a particular title lacks something that
someone likes from another FF dosen't neccessarily make it bad. Personally, I
like FFX and FFXI which happen to have both followers and haters.
Was just wondering, are there any 'fans' of his here ? For
those who are unaware, he's a japanese guitarist who comes up with videos of his
own instrumental (guitar) covers of songs like 'God Knows . . . ' and 'Lost My
Music', both from Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu and several others.
What's interesting is that in all his videos, he never reveals his true face,
but wears a Fox mask throughout
Personally, I kinda' like his playing style and air of secrecy, especially since
he played my favourite SHnY songs .

Thank You.
Inane
Claymore and Hayate for me . . .

I liked the ep too, and some of the new soundtracks are quite nice as well!
Gensomaden Saiyuki
Howl's Moving Castle
Appleseed
Marchen Awakens Romance
The style used by Ergo Proxy's OP is a refreshing change too, compared to the usual anime openings.
Haha, they released it here in theatres on 28th Dec, had both english and chinese subtitles.

Haha, I kinda' preferred the movie's ending compared to the manga though, maybe because I feel that L's cooler than Near.

Ok, I'll see what I can change. Thanks for the comment
Here goes!
Wasn't really planning on submitting this since I was just playing around . . . so I decided to place this here. Comments would be much appreciated
Edit: Maybe I might just submit it afterall if it seems ok. ^^;
Yoruichi kinda' appeals to me . . . being both cool and powerful, as well as mysterious.

Love Ishida's, Ichigo's and Yoruichi's voices. ^^

I'll be rooting for Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu as well, really enjoyed it! Do ongoing series like Death Note count though ?
Kinda' like High and Mighty Color, Janne Da Arc, AAA and L'Arc en Ciel.
